The “Keep Track!” application addresses the common challenge of maintaining awareness of your personal activity history amidst a busy schedule. It provides a streamlined solution for monitoring various activities such as medication intake, exercise sessions, diary entries, or meditation sessions.

The main interface offers a clean, uncluttered overview of the most recent instance for each tracked activity, facilitating quick reference. Users can effortlessly add new activities, modify existing ones, and adjust their order to suit individual priorities.

The application is optimized for rapid launch times. To record an activity, simply perform a long press on the respective item—an intuitive gesture that enhances user experience.

Each activity features a detailed history view, displaying timestamps of past occurrences along with the intervals between them. Users have the option to delete specific entries directly from this detailed view to correct accidental recordings.

An optional color coding system enhances visual clarity by indicating whether the last recorded activity occurred before or after a predefined time threshold (hours or days).
